We actively engage residents and local merchants in an effort to not just maintain but enhance the quality of life in the Sutton Area Community.
We Beautify and Care for the Rose Bush median gardens along 1st Ave, from 52nd – 59th St.
We hire dedicated individuals to Clean up the litter on 1st Ave.
We remove graffiti from SAC buildings, gates, mailboxes, and lightboxes.
Along 1st Ave we liaison with the 17th Precinct and the FDNY – to ensure all safety concerns are addressed.
We work closely with our Council offices, DOT, and NYC Parks for various neighborhood issues, including new rodent repellent trash bins.
We sponsor community Social events for the neighborhood, and during the Holidays we sponsor events such as the Christmas Tree Lighting, and the Spring Egg Hunt on the East River and MORE!
Whether it’s attending meetings, volunteering to help beautify our streets or making a small donation, there are so many ways to help SAC.
